Obituary of Barbara A. Timmler

CANASTOTA . . . Barbara Anne Timmler, 84, of Canastota, NY, died on March 2, 2022, in Hospice care at the Abraham House in Rome, NY, after a six day stay. She worked for General Electric in Syracuse and subsequently Thomson Consumer Electronics for many years as an Executive Secretary. Barbara is survived by her son, Michael Timmler of Canastota, two granddaughters, Patricia Baker of Sherrill, and Rebecca Timmler of Skaneateles; three great-grandchildren, Anna, Mason, and Amelia; her sister, Shirley Peron of Canastota, her brothers, Russell Peron (Kathy) of Verona, and Herbert Peron (Alice) of Central Square. Burial took place on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at Whitelaw Cemetery, Canastota. There were no calling hours. Arrangements are under the supervision of the J. Homer Ball Funeral Home, Inc., 201 James Street, Canastota, NY. The family will be forever grateful for the care and compassion given to Barbara at the Abraham House.
