Obituary of Jane M. Mills

CAZENOVIA . . . Jane (Michlovitch) Mills, 63, of 3561 Larkin Road, Cazenovia, passed away on Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at Crouse Hospital, Syracuse, following a battle with cancer. She was born on June 26, 1955, in Syracuse, a daughter of the late Michael and Thelma (Haines) Michlovitch. Jane spent her early years in Syracuse, attending Catholic Schools. She later lived Sylvan Beach, Canastota, and Cazenovia. She enjoyed knitting, watching Sci-Fi movies, collecting owls and porcelain dolls, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Jane was of the Catholic faith. Surviving are: two sons and a daughter-in-law, Frederick Wilmer, Jr. of Canastota, and Jacob and Amy Belanger of Florida; three daughters and sons-in-law, Kimberly and Lloyd Dubois of Pennellville, Dorothy and Scott Butler of Oneida, and Kristine and Paul Saccocci of Wampsville; one brother, Michael Michlovitch of Baldwinsville; four sisters and a brother-in-law, Joyce and Edward Krichbaum, Annie Michlovitch, Maryanne Michlovitch, and Lori Michlovitch, all of Syracuse; thirteen grandchildren, Fred Wilmer, Jr., Ashley Belanger, Jenna Belanger, Josh Belanger, David Davis, Jr., Brandon Davis, Desiree Davis, Joseph Davis, Samantha Butler, Amberlynn Saccocci, Darren Saccocci, Hailey Saccocci, and Kasandra Saccocci; three great grandchildren, Davis James Davis, Arthur Granger, Jr., and Mia Rose Ransier-Hyde; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Jane was predeceased by two brothers, Frank "Butch" and William "Basil" Michlovitch; and one sister, Carol Bender. Funeral services will held at 5 p.m. on Thursday, November 1, 2018, at the J. Homer Ball Funeral Home, Inc., 201 James Street, Canastota. Deacon Adolph Uryniak of St. Agatha's Church, Canastota, will officiate. There will be no calling hours. In her memory, contributions may be made to the Galisano Children's Hospital, c/o Upstate Medical University Foundation, 750 E.
