Thank you for a lifetime of memories, from Bull Hill to Colorado. From shooting "moose" in Colorado to "right where I was aiming" on Bull Hill. This is not good bye but until we meet again.

George traveled the woods of Bull Hill, Town of Ohio, for almost 70 years. George shared his camp with two partners, eventually buying them out. He enjoyed spending time at the Dise-Bennett Camp, Hunter’s Rest, down the trail. Many a happy moment in both camps. This photograph was taken in 2005 at his Two Point camp. Left to right: George, Bill Grose (deceased), Joan & Henry Dise, Jayson & Carl (deceased) Woolver. Deer taken at Dave Vly Clearing. We all shared fabulous venison & onion sandwiches George grilled under his pavilion (shown in background). Great times, so missed! George & Katie came to Little Falls for our wedding 37 years ago - he waited to see if the party was worth staying for, and soon walked to the hotel to make a reservation! We all had a few together many times! George had a 3-wheeler, and after a unexpected right turn off the trail into the woods, he backed out saying "Trecherous devil!" We all said whoever sold that machine to him would have George's blood on his hands! He rode many miles on one of our 4-wheelers, until he broke down, sold the "Tretcherous Devil" in for a more stable 4 wheeler. There is younger blood in both camps these days, but the old memories will never be forgotten! George was a good friend for so many years. He will be sorely missed! Love, Henry & Joan Dise

My grandma Barb Bump and George have been friends for many many years, so I’ve known and got to see George all my life. He was such a sweet and loving man and always went out of his way to say hi or wave! I enjoyed when he’d come to our house to visit grandma and ask how I was! He’ll be so missed!
